PT Siemens Indonesia is looking for professional experienced individual to fill in below position:

Commercial Business Administration for Products/System Business

Responsibilities:

  • To analyze and review commercial contract condition
  • To make order income calculation
  • To execute order e.g. order registration, order creation, order confirmation, order cost booking, invoicing and payment collection
  • To review, check and provide any necessary documents e.g. insurance, performance bond, advance payment bond, retention bond, etc.
  • To monitor & control order execution
  • To review and identify risks and opportunities e.g. financial risk, currency risk, logistic risk etc.
  • To analyze and control claim management
  • To control and manage assets
  • Budgeting & frequent forecasting

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree from Business Administration or equivalent
  • 3-4 years working experience in Business Administration
  • Deep understanding of commercial process and contract law
  • Strong in problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong in negotiation and risk management skills
  • Willingness to work in a team
  • Posses the ability to manage people, time and resources
  • Fluency in English both in written and spoken is a compulsory
  • Computer literate (MS Office, SAP)
  • Possess a valid letter of good conduct from local police (SKCK) which confirmed that the applicant has never been involved in any criminal or illegal activities
  • Willingness to be employed under 3rd party company
