Urgently needed SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE (SME).

Job description :
• Plan, execute, and evaluate sales and marketing strategy.
• Identify & follow up potential project opportunities.
• Maintaining a good relationship with customer to meet customer’s need and expectation as fit to company’s product.
• Presenting the company’s image and products to enhance the company’s credibility, image, and develop a good will.
• Promote and sell company’s products directly or indirectly to meet sales target.

Requirements :
• Male or Female.
• Maximum age 27 years old.
• Candidates must be minimum SMU or equivalent.
• Good looking.
• Hard workers and result oriented.
• Able to works on weekends (during the exhibition only).
• Have his / her own vehicle (Preferable 2 wheelers).
• Holding C License (SIM C).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Full-time position(s) available.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

Planning Outlet renovation and arrange scedule for each project
Manage overlap project, and do arrangement with contractor
Design and drawing preparation (liaise with contractor, architect, kitchen supplier)
Submit drawing and follow up with mall for fit out preparation and procedure
Follow Up contractor for renovation progress;make sure the progress meet the scedule
As a mediator between outlet and contractor if there's a problem accur at site
checklists with contractor after outlet open and follow up all defect list with contractor
Follow up maintenance issue form outlet (liaise with contractor or maintenance person)
Requirements:

Male, 24 years old or above
Minimum 1 year experience in similar job capacity
Degree in interior/architect/civil engineering
Computer skill (auto cad, 3D MAX)
Fluent in English as well as written
Computer literate,Good interpersonal skill, able work in team and under pressure
Able to work independently with high accuracy, detail and carefully
Strong analytical skills and has a creative problem solving abilities
